A “cold front” blew in to Texas and we’re celebrating the 80+ degree temps! It’s so odd how you can live in a fiery inferno for three straight months and just feel pure JOY when the temp drops twenty degrees. This morning it was 67 degrees….and it was bliss. Fussybuckets even came inside and wanted to put on a jacket!!!
It’s windy, though, but it’s quite alright. Winds=kite flying, no? It’s been too hot to fly a kite all summer, so Daddy took the Captain out for a little kite flying today!!! He did great!!!
We are definitely in prayer for those that are anxious about the fires near their homes, and those that are losing their homes to fires as we speak. The fire fighters are amazing people and they need our prayers, too!
