Ice Cream!

My friends and I were having a discussion the other day….which ice cream is best and can you really tell the difference?  Well, I believe that yes, of course you can tell the difference.  If blindfolded, I can tell the difference between Blue Bell, Ben & Jerry's, Braum's…and maybe some other flavors.  That would be an interesting, fun game to try!

I think that Captain Fussybuckets thinks he likes ice cream more than he actually does.  He doesn't even like ice in his water and doesn't like milk, so when asked what his favorite flavor of ice cream is, he's likely to say "a popsicle."  The other day he requested a chocolate dipped ice cream cone from Dairy Queen and wouldn't you know….the little stinker ate the hard ice cream shell off of the ice cream and then announced that he was done.  Ahh….kids.

My hubby's favorite ice cream flavor is cookies & cream, I would guess.  He does like to venture out with other flavors, especially strawberry cheesecake.  Yum!  My favorite flavor of ice cream would definitely be chocolate.  I think Baby D gained so much weight in the womb because I ate so much chocolate ice cream and chocolate milkshakes.  We lived in a town where the local restaurant made THE best chocolate milkshakes with Blue Bell ice cream.  DE-LICIOUS!  Of course, I don't recommend eating a lot of ice cream, even when pregnant.  But, I suppose ice cream is okay in moderation, especially in the hot summer months!
