When my dear husband and I were on our honeymoon in Playa del Carmen, he picked up this …. thingamajig. He thought he’d love to keep his keys and stuff in it. Okay, good idea!
But wow. This thing is annoying. (I love you honey!) Anytime he comes home, leaves, or gets his keys to get into the car….this loud noise echoes through the house. The good news: I always know when he’s going somewhere and he’ll never be able to sneak out. The bad news: loud noise, anxiety about waking up the kids, loud noise….and uh….yeah, loud noise….even when he’s trying to be quiet.
So…if anyone is interested in this random thingamajig, make an offer. I’ll even ship it for free.
p.s. JUST kidding. I would never take such a prized possession away from the husband. :o)

at least your husband uses it for keys - we have a nice key rack hanging up but I say 1 out of 10 times he actually hangs his keys up there. Usually its "Honey have you seen my keys?"

aww...that ain't even cool. I love that thingamajig. It's supposed to just keep the keys from scratching whatever they sit on. Sorry! I never realized how loud it was. I'll be happy to start hanging my keys on something on a wall closer to the back door.
