Cinnamon Roll Apple Crumble
Although I have never seen it, apparently this recipe went viral on TikTok awhile back, and with good reason, because it's easy and delicious! What I love most about this cinnamon roll apple crumble is that you can eat it for breakfast OR dessert and both are perfectly acceptable.

This recipe is so rich and delicious, and also has a little bit of fiber snuck in there, too, so that, of course, makes it nutritious. (haha)

The ingredients are pretty common and you likely already have them in your kitchen.

This is the kind of dessert that fills the kitchen with that ummistakable mix of warm cinnamon, baked apples, and buttery sweetness that makes everyone wonder what is cooking.

Can you substitute ingredients?
Yes! If you don't want to use canned pie filling, you can use my recipe for microwave cinnamon apples or instant pot cinnamon apples, making sure that you make enough for the recipe. You will need to adjust the sizes and also realize that they won't be as sweet as pie filling, of course, but still will do nicely in this recipe.
You can also sub dairy free and gluten free ingredients, making sure to use gluten free and dairy free cinnamon rolls if you need them and you can find them. That might be the trickiest ingredient to substitute.

This recipe is similar to cobbler or bread pudding, but it is totally different, too. The edges get golden and crisp, while the center stays soft and gooey. You can serve it with vanilla ice cream to make a super indulgent dessert, or eat it warm for breakfast with a cold glass of milk or hot cup of coffee.
This dessert is amazing and I hope you can try it for yourself soon!
