Peanut Butter Fluff Dip
Peanut Butter Fluff is the ultimate no bake dessert dip for peanut butter lovers. It’s ultra creamy, perfectly sweet, and packed with chunks of Reese’s and mini chocolate chips in every bite. Made with white chocolate pudding for extra smoothness and folded with fluffy whipped topping, this dessert comes together in minutes and disappears even faster. Serve it with apples, graham crackers, pretzels, or straight off the spoon, no judgment.
Ingredients
- 8 oz of cream cheese at room temperature
- 1 ½ cup of peanut butter
- 3.4 oz box of white chocolate pudding mix
- 1 ¼ cup of milk
- 1 8 oz tub of whipped topping, thawed
- 5 regular size Reese’s cups, chopped
- 1 cup of semi sweet mini chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Add the cream cheese and peanut butter to a large bowl or mixing bowl, using a mixer to beat until it becomes smooth and well mixed.
2. Add the white chocolate pudding mix to the bowl and continue beating.
3. Slowly add the milk, little by little while beating on low.
4. Once completely mixed in, turn off the mixer and carefully fold in the whipped topping with a large spoon.
5. Add the chopped Reese’s and chocolate chips and fold until completely combined.
6. Optional: decorate the top of the fluff with extra chocolate chips and Reese’s.
7. Keep covered and in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Serve with apples, graham crackers, or whatever you’d like.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
- Make sure the cream cheese is room temp or this will not work.
- Make sure to fold only, not folding will result in this not being airy and fluffy.
- Add chopped peanuts for more flavor for the peanut lovers, or try chunky peanut butter.
