This refreshing iced tea is great for a preworkout pick me up!
Ingredients
- 1 scoop of Naked Raspberry Lime Lean Creatine
- 1-2 cups of water
- 1 tea bag
- 1 cup of ice
Instructions
- Make tea with ½ - 1 cup of water, according to package instructions.
- Let steep for 5 minutes.
- Add in one scoop of Naked Raspberry Lime Lean Creatine powder and stir.
- Add in water and stir, then add in ice.
