Pumpkin Fluff
Since I have seen fall products hit the shelves like crazy, it is time to present this delicious fall recipe to you! Pumpkin Fluff is a sweet, cold dessert that is full of fall flavor!

This dessert is a fun twist on the classic pumpkin pie, but also a delicious combination of fall flavors. You have your pumpkin, of course, pumpkin pie spice, toffee bits, cake bits, pecans, and pudding, marshmallows and cool whip, which makes it fluffy!

At first you may have your doubts about this dessert, but I promise, if you love pumpkin pie spice, you will love this dessert!

I love that it is quick and easy to make. And the pumpkin and pecans add nutrition so technically, it's a health dessert right?

This pumpkin fluff dessert can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge until you are ready to serve. It makes a great fall after school snack, potluck dessert, or a dessert for a warmer than usual Thanksgiving.

Pumpkin Fluff
Pumpkin Fluff is a creamy, dreamy fall-inspired dessert that tastes like pumpkin pie in a bowl. It is light, fluffy, and bursting with warm fall spices. Made with pumpkin puree, cool whip, and instant vanilla pudding mix and more. it’s the perfect no-bake treat for holidays, potlucks, or anytime you’re craving a taste of fall.
Ingredients
- 3.4 oz box of instant vanilla pudding
- 1 tablespoon of pumpkin pie spice
- ¾ cup of milk
- 1 cup of pumpkin puree
- 8 oz container of cool whip, thawed
- 3 cups of cubed pound cake
- 1 ½ cup of mini marshmallows
- ½ cup of heath bits (toffee bits)
- 1 cup of pecans, chopped
Instructions
- In a large bowl add the pudding mix, pumpkin pie spice and milk. Whisk until it becomes thick.
- Add in the pumpkin puree and stir.
- Add the cool whip and fold using a spatula.
- Add the pound cake cubes, marshmallows, toffee bits, and pecans and stir carefully until completely mixed together.
- Place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes or longer to chill.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
● Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
● You can top it with the leftover marshmallows, heath bits and pecans!
● Use canned pumpkin puree not pie mix.
● Using graham crackers to scoop, or just use a spoon!
